SureVend
Any service calls that we can prevent from happening improve the efficiency of our business, which is why we install SureVend technology on our snack machines. This technology uses an infrared sensor to detect when your selection drops into the delivery bin. If it fails to deliver the item the first time, it will try up to two more times to vend the product. If it is still unsuccessful after three attempts, it allows the customer to make another selection or receive a refund. This system improves customer satisfaction while reducing service calls, great news for our customers and greater efficiency for us.
Fresh Food
The items in our fresh food machines are made fresh daily at our commissary, providing your employees with the freshest tasting food possible for their vending experience. The commissary is constantly coming up with new items and rotating current items so that your employees have a variety of items to choose from while keeping all of their favorite foods in the machine at the same time.
