Our Restaurant Concept Division provides added value to your office facility. Designed to work within the space and demographics of your building, our restaurant concepts help complete a self-contained business environment, adding value and convenience for each occupant. An example of one of our restaurant concepts is located in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. One West Fourth, the newest high-rise office building, needed a restaurant to complete their luxury accommodations. We created a restaurant to complete their luxury accommodations. We created Center City Grille, a restaurant located off their lobby. The restaurant is open five days a week, serving gourmet breakfast and lunch. It provides the building's occupants an alternative meeting venue as well as catering services for special occasion functions. The Center City Grille is just one of many restaurant concepts that both satisfy and benefit building management and occupants alike.
