Service Standards
Every driver at Gallins Foods is NAMA certified to ensure they stay up-to-date on the latest policies and procedures in the vending industry to keep them accurate, thorough, fast, and safe in the service they provide to our valuable customers. They are reliable and consistent, and they also play a significant role in determining what items are placed in each machine at each account. They interact with and listen to our customers on a daily basis, addressing questions, requests, and any problems that may occur. If they are unable to provide a solution, they can quickly relay the information to their supervisor who will contact the customer and resolve the issue. Drivers have a vested interest in the service they provide because they know that the satisfaction of the customers on their routes affects their income, so they take ownership of their routes and responsibility for providing customers with the best possible care.
Maintenance Standards
Every Maintenance Technician at Gallins Foods is certified, and someone is always available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our technicians work hard to keep our machines in optimal working order, but as with any machine, malfunctions do sometimes occur. When they do, the average response time for a service call is 60 minutes or less, so customers receive not only the best, most thorough service, but also the fastest in the area. In addition, we monitor the service records of every machine we operate so that if one becomes consistently problematic, it will be replaced with a new one.
Sanitation Standards
Our sanitation standards apply to every aspect of our operations, from vending and coffee to catering and corporate food service. We regularly clean and maintain our vending and coffee machines to maintain a healthy environment in your breakroom, and our cafes and delis stay up to code on all health and sanitation requirements. We also take the necessary steps to ensure that all of our food service managers complete a training program to receive certification from ServSafe, a nationally recognized and accredited food safety training institution.
